AI citation baseline
As of launch, the measurement harness is initialized with 15–20 fixed prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, and Google AI Overviews. Baseline citation rates will be published in the July 2026 Delta after 30 days of tracking.
Open tensions flagged
- AI SDR viability — T18 (AI SDRs underperform) vs active vendor marketing claiming otherwise. Will track through evidence database.
- PLG ceiling — Does PLG plateau at mid-market ACV? T14 says yes but the Figma exception is real.
- 95-5 rule — Binet/Field finding applied to B2B; methodology differences vs pure B2C context unresolved.
